Frozen rolled pie, made from thin sheets of pastry, filled with spinach, basil and cheese.
Ingredients
Filo pastry (wheat flour, water, vegetable oil, salt), spinach, cheese, basil, eggs, vegetable oil for brushing.
Baking instructions
Bake straight from the freezer in a preheated oven at 180-190°C for 40-45 minutes, until the surface is evenly browned.
