Traditional baked pastry, filled with sweet curd cheese and raisins, cut into squares and dusted with icing sugar.
Ingredients
Yeast dough (wheat flour, yeast, sugar, vegetable oil, salt), sweet cow's curd cheese, raisins, eggs, icing sugar.
Baking instructions
Part-baked frozen product. Reheating in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes is recommended for serving warm and crispy.
